Our Chemical Process Technology Diploma program is a 2-year program aiming the High-school graduates who are interested in starting their career in Chemical Production Facilities. Along with the technical backbone required to operate in a continuous Chemical production process, you will also be trained with the fundamentals of operating in a Lean Manufacturing environment and learn about fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma operation in a plant.

This program is suitable for College graduates who are interested in pursuing their career in Chemical Process Technologies. The program provides you with hands-on experience working with instruments, software and hardware utilized in the Energy industry.

Graduates of Chemical Process Technology Program will have the opportunity to work in a broad range of private and public engineering and chemical environments including both large and small organizations, government departments, government agencies and regulatory bodies. They are employed i n many industrial sectors, including food and beverage production pharmaceutical, water and wastewater management, petrochemicals, energy plastic, pulp and paper, mining, metallurgy, and nuclear energy.

Successful Students

Upon successful completion of the Chemical Process Technology program graduates can carry out tasks in compliance with statutes, regulations, standards and procedures. They can interpret and present data, coordinate and perform quantitative and qualitative experiments, prepare compounds, maintain and control industrial chemical processes, prepare and interpret technical documents, and coordinate quality control and quality assurance procedures to meet organizational requirements. They can also troubleshoot industrial or chemical processes and laboratory equipment. They can apply communication, teamwork, leadership, organizational and technology skills to support laboratory and engineering activities. They can also apply principles of ethics and sustainability to the decision-making process.
